The best carpaccio ever...... The grandeur of the hotel, we really felt welcome by entering the lobby. It was a bit overwhelming. Beautiful big lobby, very atentive always smiling staff, everybody is in for a little talk. The gardens, the hotel, it all looked really nice. For us it was a privilige staying with you.

Very courteous and friendly staffs, from front counter to service. Hotel is well kept and got style. Bed is comfy and toilet is clean. Location is excellent, next to Aeon shopping mall. Allowed early check in as we arrived early at 11am and late checkout as our flight is in the late afternoon

"Over the Top" Hotel. One of the Top# hotels I have ever stayed at in my life - and certainly the nicest hotel in Phnom Penh

The beds were the most comfortable. Sofitel also has floral arrangements! Loved it.

Breakfast is awesome!!! You should include free breakfast with your stay. They have many kinds of international foods.
